About the Role
RSC Anderlecht is looking for an experienced Head Coach to lead our first team through the upcoming season. You will be responsible for tactical preparation, match-day management, and player development at the highest level of Belgian football.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tactical strategies for competitive matches
- Lead daily training sessions and pre-match preparations
- Manage the first-team squad, including player rotation and development plans
- Work closely with the sporting director on transfer targets and squad planning
- Represent the club professionally in media engagements
- Collaborate with youth academy coaches to integrate promising talents
Requirements
- UEFA Pro License (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of head coaching experience at professional level
- Proven track record of developing young players
- Experience in European competition preferred
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a strong plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and man-management skills
