TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms apply to everyone using FootballJobs.be — players, staff, clubs and visitors. By using the site you agree to them. This page is maintained by the FootballJobs.be team.
1. The service
FootballJobs.be is a platform where clubs publish football job listings and where players and staff can publish a profile so clubs can find them. We are not an employer, an agency or a party to any agreement you make with a club.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email address using a one-time code, or via Google, Facebook or LinkedIn. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure and for everything done through your account. One account per person.
3. Profiles and content
- Your profile must be about you, accurate, and kept up to date.
- You keep ownership of what you upload. By publishing a profile you give us permission to display it on the site and in search results while your visibility toggle is switched on.
- You can hide your profile at any time using the visibility toggle, or delete it entirely.
- Only upload photos and text you have the right to use.
4. Job listings
Clubs and organisations posting a job are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listing, including non-discrimination and applicable Belgian labour law. Most listings link to an external application flow on the club's own site; we do not control those sites or their processes. We may edit or remove listings that break these terms.
5. Acceptable use
- No scraping, bulk copying or automated harvesting of profiles or listings.
- No spam, unsolicited recruitment blasts or commercial messaging unrelated to football roles.
- No impersonation, fake profiles or misleading listings.
- No harassment, discriminatory, unlawful or offensive content.
- No attempts to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
6. Minors
If you are under 16, you need permission from a parent or guardian before creating a profile. Clubs contacting young players must do so through the appropriate channels.
7. No guarantees
We do not guarantee that you will find a job, a player or a staff member through the platform, nor that listings and profiles are accurate or still current. Always verify details directly with the other party. The site is provided "as is" and may be unavailable from time to time.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Belgian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of the site, from content posted by others, or from agreements you enter into with clubs, players or staff. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove an account, profile or listing that breaks these terms. You can close your account at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.
