About the Role

RSC Anderlecht is looking for an experienced Head Coach to lead our first team through the upcoming season. You will be responsible for tactical preparation, match-day management, and player development at the highest level of Belgian football.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement tactical strategies for competitive matches
Lead daily training sessions and pre-match preparations
Manage the first-team squad, including player rotation and development plans
Work closely with the sporting director on transfer targets and squad planning
Represent the club professionally in media engagements
Collaborate with youth academy coaches to integrate promising talents

Requirements

UEFA Pro License (mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of head coaching experience at professional level
Proven track record of developing young players
Experience in European competition preferred
Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a strong plus
Strong leadership, communication, and man-management skills
